Start with the basics and progress through to drawing from life

This will be an ongoing workshop. 2-hours

1. Basics: shapes – spheres, cubes, columns, cylinders (shading)

2. Still life – objects are displayed, different angles

3. Portrait

- start with drawing from photos of eyes, mouth, nose

- using grid (photo – full face)

- freehand with photo

- live clothed model

4. Landscape

- Outdoor excursion

5. Perspective
